This highly interactive 2½ day Program provides participants with tools and techniques to build on their strengths in presenting customer-focused solutions. A unique learning format allows participants to develop and practice individual presentations focused on specific audience needs, while enhancing the ability to communicate with power and persuasion. The techniques addressed apply to face-to-face presentations for an audience from one to one thousand as well as for written proposals or informal telephone presentations.

Program Format:
Pre-work process includes telephone consultations with each Program participant and research of presentation topic.
Two-and-a-half day Program allows participants to develop and practice each component of their individual presentation.
Videotaping of final presentations includes group feedback and detailed written evaluations.
