T3 - Professional Facilitation Skills

Many Achievers International clients prefer to use their own internal trainers to facilitate their Achievers-designed training programs. Our Train-the-Trainer (“T3”) workshop ensures the professional internal delivery of our programs, as well as our clients’ own proprietary training materials. Ideal for both the novice trainer, and the experienced facilitator seeking to update delivery techniques, this action-packed session combines adult learning theory with experiential training techniques to create confident, capable internal trainers.

Workshop Format:  
  • Pre-work Process requires that participants observe, and participate in, the training program they will be learning to deliver (either an Achievers program or an internally-designed program), followed by the completion of a written exercise analyzing the program’s content.
  • Two-and-a-half Day Workshop is highly interactive with numerous practice sessions providing both face-to-face and written feedback.
  • Training Observation and Critique is available for trainer’s first workshop delivery (required for Achievers International workshop certification)
